Job Responsibilities:
Lead the monthly forecast cycle and present insights to Finance leadership
Drive consolidated planning processes and maintain integrated financial models
Develop executive‑level reporting, including dashboards and management packages
Improve and automate existing reporting processes using tools like Pigment and Looker
Partner with accounting during close cycles to ensure accuracy in financial reporting
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience managing budgets and forecasting independently
5+ years of experience in Corporate FP&A, preferably in a high‑growth environment
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field, such as Finance, Statistics, Economics, or Business
Deep experience using planning tools (Pigment, Adaptive, etc.) is required
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and communicate effectively
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Netsuite and Workday
Previous involvement with month‑end close and a strong understanding of accounting principles
Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced spreadsheet skills (including VBA, array functions, Power Pivots)
Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL
Ability to create compelling visualizations and presentations
