What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Support the annual business plan and provide forecasting updates to achieve organizational objectives
Conduct deep‑dive revenue analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and risks in financial and operational data
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key revenue performance indicators (KPIs)
Collaborate with stakeholders to drive cross‑functional alignment on finance processes and improve data quality
Translate complex data into actionable insights for finance leadership and business partners
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a relevant field
2–4 years of experience in an analytical role, such as financial planning & analysis (FP&A)
Strong understanding of corporate finance and accounting principles, GAAP, and financial modeling
Expert proficiency in Excel and familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
SQL experience is preferred
Proactive and self‑starter attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with different management levels
