Job Summary
The Commission Analyst plays a vital role in supporting the Sales and Finance teams by ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of commission calculations and payments. This position requires a bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance along with at least one year of relevant experience in sales, analytics, or finance/accounting. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a keen attention to detail, exceptional analytical abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office applications. Key Responsibilities
Calculate and validate commission earnings to ensure accuracy. Handle inquiries and adjustment requests from the Sales and Finance departments. Process both automated and manual commission adjustments when necessary. Produce reports and statements based on transactional data for commission purposes. Validate sales incentives and align sales reporting structures accurately. Must-Have Skills
Strong Excel skills Analytical and problem-solving capabilities Excellent written and verbal communication Industry Experience Required
Experience in sales, finance, or related analytical roles is preferred. Familiarity with AS/400, TrueComp, and ChangePoint is a plus but not mandatory. Primary Skills
