Job Description Summary: You will lead the charge in streamlining and enhancing buying processes and customer experiences within a dynamic team. This role involves exhaustive collaboration with departments like Finance, IT, and Engineering to usher in new product launches, platform improvements, and process optimizations. Your goal will be to ensure growth trajectory stays positive and impactful.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare and execute UAT for new platform capabilities and product launches.
Develop, manage, and track detailed project schedules and UAT tracker for efficient resourcing and planning.
Provide comprehensive status updates, address roadblocks, and facilitate necessary action steps to maintain project momentum.
Design UAT scopes and testing strategies in close partnership with QA and Product Owners.
Post-launch, work on identifying and mitigating any process and system discrepancies that may impact workflows.
Must-Have Skills:
Robust project management capabilities.
Proficient in UAT preparation and execution.
Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
Required Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
6-8 years of industry-relevant experience, preferably in a tech or software company focusing on buying processes or platform management.
