Associate Director, Direct Hire Accounting and Finance
A well‑established and growing real estate development firm is hiring a Staff or Senior Accountant to support its multifamily portfolio. This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative, entrepreneurial team in a high‑quality, in‑office environment.
What You’ll Do
Own month‑end close activities, reconciliations, and journal entries
Partner closely with operations to ensure accurate and timely financials
Support audits, tax filings, and ad‑hoc financial analysis
Work with property‑level accounting systems and reporting
What We’re Looking For
2‑3+ years of accounting experience (public or industry)
Real estate or property accounting exposure preferred
Strong attention to detail, organized, adaptable, and team‑oriented
Experience with Yardi or similar systems a plus
