Overview:
Children's Attention Home (CAH) is seeking a detail‑oriented Finance & Administration Manager to lead the organization's financial operations and ensure compliance with state, federal, and nonprofit standards. This strategic role oversees accounting, budgeting, payroll, and financial reporting while supporting organizational sustainability and transparency.
Key Responsibilities
Manage accounts payable/receivable, payroll, reconciliations, and tax reporting.
Oversee budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting for leadership and board committees.
Ensure compliance with GAAP, grant requirements, and financial policies.
Coordinate audits, insurance coverage, and document retention.
Supervise bookkeeper and support HR functions including benefits administration.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Strong knowledge of GAAP and nonprofit financial operations.
Proficiency in QuickBooks and payroll/HCM systems.
Minimum 3 years of related experience preferred.
Valid driver's license required.
