Entry‑Level Commercial Real Estate Agent We are looking for a driven, self‑motivated individual to join our Cincinnati, OH office as an independent, commission‑only commercial real‑estate agent.

Job Summary This 1099 role is 100% commission‑based, offering unlimited earning potential. A real‑estate license is required, but can be completed during training. No company‑paid benefits are provided, and the role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Follow the roadmap supplied by mentors and the training program in an entrepreneurial and autonomous manner.

Market investment real‑estate internally and externally to active investors.

Collaborate with Senior Agents to achieve business and career goals with a clear path to growth.

Contract and advise clients in the development and execution of individualized investment strategies.

Prepare thoughtful analyses of clients' properties, including broker opinions of value (BOV) and market comparables.

Market exclusive property listings to qualified buyers.

Prospect new client relationships and referral sources.

Negotiate offers, exclusive listing agreements, purchase and sales agreements.

Participate in best‑in‑class training and ongoing skill‑development workshops.

Research ownership records, market data, and industry trends.

Attend networking and industry events and connect with professionals.

Qualifications

Three or more years of continuous professional work experience, preferred in sales or real estate.

Competitive drive; thrive in performance‑driven environments.

Critical thinker, quick learner, and effective problem solver.

Open to feedback, eager to learn, and strong desire to implement new skills.

Strong work ethic and long‑term mindset.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills to build relationships.
