Overview We are seeking a detail‑oriented and experienced Millwork Estimator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction estimating and project management, with the ability to analyze costs, negotiate contracts, and ensure effective cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for construction projects using Bluebeam and SolidWorks.
Analyze project plans and specifications to identify potential risks and opportunities for cost savings.
Collaborate with project managers to gather necessary information for effective pricing.
Maintain comprehensive records of estimates, contracts, and correspondence related to projects.
Provide support during the bidding process by preparing bid packages and presenting estimates to stakeholders.
Experience
Proven experience in cabinetry estimating.
Familiarity with estimating software such as Bluebeam and SolidWorks is preferable.
Demonstrated negotiation skills with experience in contract management.
Solid background in cost control practices.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
