A great UHY client is seeking a
Finance Supervisor
to join their team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in OneStream and FP&A (budgeting/forecasting) and proficient in Microsoft Excel.
The
Finance Supervisor
role is a hybrid position. This is a temporary, contracted position with the potential for direct hire.
Finance Supervisor Responsibilities
Supervise and support day‑to‑day financial planning and analysis activities.
Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, including annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and variance analysis.
Utilize OneStream to support financial consolidation, reporting, forecasting, and performance management.
Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and reports using advanced Excel (e.g., pivot tables, lookups, formulas, and data analysis tools).
Analyze financial results and provide clear insights and recommendations to management.
Partner with business leaders to understand performance drivers and support strategic initiatives.
Review and ensure accuracy of financial data, assumptions, and outputs.
Assist with month‑end and quarter‑end reporting processes as needed.
Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, systems, and controls.
Supervise, coach, and develop junior finance team members.
Finance Supervisor Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
3–6 years of progressive finance experience, including supervisory or leadership responsibilities.
Hands‑on experience with OneStream (required).
Strong FP&A experience, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Advanced Excel skills with the ability to build and maintain complex financial models.
Experience working with large data sets and financial systems.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and attention‑to‑detail skills.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial information clearly.
