Senior HVAC Commercial/Industrial Service Technician
Pay:
$24.00 – $35.00 per hour (Depending on experience)
Base Pay Range:
$24.00/hr - $35.00/hr

We are a leading commercial HVAC service and construction provider in the North Texas region. We specialize in delivering exceptional solutions for complex HVAC systems and are committed to delivering top-quality service. We are currently seeking an experienced Senior HVAC Commercial/Industrial Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience working with heavy commercial HVAC systems, including chillers, cooling towers, and boilers.
Responsibilities:
Service & Repair:
Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of
heavy commercial HVAC systems , including:
Chillers
(air- and water-cooled)
Cooling Towers
Boilers
(low- and high-pressure)
Rooftop Units
(RTUs), VAV systems, and other large HVAC systems
Diagnosis & Troubleshooting:
Effectively diagnose and correct mechanical and control issues
Customer Interaction:
Maintain clear and professional communication with customers to provide recommendations and status updates
Safety & Quality:
Adhere to safety standards and ensure work is performed to the highest quality
Mentorship:
Support and mentor junior technicians
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of commercial HVAC service experience, with extensive experience in chillers, boilers, and cooling towers
Certifications: EPA Certification and Texas TDLR Registration required
Technical Skills: Strong mechanical and diagnostic abilities
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for customer service
Self-Motivation: A positive, self-driven attitude with the ability to work independently
Background Check: Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
