This HVAC Service Technician role is ideal for a skilled, licensed pro who thrives on solving complex mechanical issues. You will work independently on a wide range of systems, RTUs, chillers, boilers, and more, while growing your career with a top‑tier, safety‑focused team at RK.

Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and troubleshoot HVAC mechanical equipment.
Diagnose and repair systems including RTUs, chillers, boilers, MAUs, AHUs, fans, pumps, cooling towers, and VAV/FPBs.
Perform equipment start‑ups.
Carry out quality‑control inspections on RK service work.
Conduct technical troubleshooting and diagnostics.
Perform inspections.
Qualifications
Indirect supervision.
Hold and retain a relevant H/CFC universal license.
Experience with RTUs, boilers, MAUs, AHUs, fans, pumps, cooling towers, VAV/FPBs, automation systems, and chillers.
Understanding of hydronic systems and DX cooling circuits and components.

Work in high places, tight places, confined spaces and/or other adverse locations.
Climb, balance, squat, kneel, and crouch.
Work in all types of weather.
Have working knowledge of all trade materials and tools.
Lift and carry 51‑75 lbs. occasionally, or 31‑45 lbs. frequently, or up to 16‑22 lbs. constantly to move objects.
