Responsibilities Maintain the facility with repairs and preventive maintenance. Perform carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, groundskeeping, and other skilled trades work. Schedule and perform specialized preventive maintenance and repairs for equipment, systems, and machinery to ensure necessary inspections, adjustments, and replacement of parts. Maintain accurate inventory of all stock and commonly used maintenance parts. Complete duties as assigned with or without supervision.
Requirements / Qualifications Minimum Qualifications : Associates degree or equivalent vocational education in construction, industrial engineering, HVAC, welding, or other building trade. Experience in building maintenance, a mechanical trade, or performing safety inspections, investigations, or training may be substituted for education on a year‑for‑year basis.
Preferred Qualifications : Certification/Completion Diploma in one or more applicable maintenance trades. Licensed in one or more applicable maintenance fields. Special license for EPA applications or refrigerant.
Work Hours Monday–Friday 7:00 am–3:30 pm, including rotating on‑call work.
Other Requirements This position requires driving and a valid driver’s license. Regular and reliable attendance is required.
