Print Production Officer – Hybrid (on-site 3 days a week) – Creve Coeur, MO / Franklin, TN
The Print Production Officer plays a role in achieving our brand‑building and growth journey with the aim to develop next‑generation Royal Canin & EUKANUBA packaging and brand experiences. This furthers the distinctiveness, relevance and impact of the number one global pet nutrition brand worldwide, delivering our purpose to serve the health of millions of cats and dogs.
Within the framework of ROYAL CANIN’s 2026 packaging roadmap, the Regional Print Production Officer will be responsible for print quality by supporting deployment and monitoring of color accuracy, colour profiling & artwork print quality.
What we’re looking for
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Minimum 3+ years of technical experience in packaging printing technology (printer or repro house).
Experience with a repro‑house, photoengraver and/or printer.
Skill to unite interfaces around shared projects.
Previous experience with colour, prepress, and print techniques.
3+ years of professional experience in the graphic chain.
Strong communication skills.
Stakeholder management skills.
Very customer‑focused, result‑oriented, and able to stick to targets.
Key responsibilities
Support Print Production Manager vision, process & strategy.
Qualification/audit of current & new printers (targets, process, KPI’s).
Deploy print quality improvement strategy & optimise print quality to state‑of‑the‑art across all print technologies.
Establish process and standards for print quality and colour management.
Control & monitor KPIs on pack rendering consistency & quality.
Conduct first print scoring and image profiling.
Lead prepress and print technology development projects.
Evaluate co‑manufacturers, process, monitoring & KPI’s.
Provide technical support for the graphics team.
