Print Production Lead
Creve Coeur, MO
Franklin, TN
Hybrid (on-site 3 days a week)
The Print Production Officer plays a role in achieving our brand-building and growth journey -- with the aim to develop next-generation Royal Canin & EUKANUBA packaging and brand experiences. This furthers the distinctiveness, relevance and impact of the number one global pet nutrition brand worldwide, delivering our purpose to serve the health of millions of cats and dogs around the world.
Within the framework of ROYAL CANIN’s 2026 packaging roadmap, following premium brand values & sustainable development engagement, the Regional Print Production Officer will be responsible for the Print quality by supporting the deployment and monitoring color accuracy, color profiling & artwork print quality.
What are we looking for?
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Minimum 3+ years of technical experience on Packaging printing technology (in printer, or repro house)
Successful packaging experience with a repro-house or photoengraver and/or printer
Skill to unite interfaces around shared projects.
Previous experience with Color, Prepress, and Print technics.
3+ years of professional experience (graphic chain)
Strong communication skills
Stakeholder management skills
Very customer-focused, able to focus on the result and stick to the target.
What would be your key responsibilities?
Support Print Production Manager vision, process & strategy
Qualification/audit of current & new printers (targets, process, KPI’s)
Deploy the print quality improvement strategy & optimize the print quality to the state-of-the-art, whatever the print technology
Deploy process and standards for print quality and color management.
Control & monitor KPI on pack rendering consistency & quality.
First Print scoring and image profiling
Prepress and print technology development projects
Co-manufacturers evaluation, process, monitoring & KPI’s.
technical support for the graphics team
