Construction Project Manager - Energy & Infrastructure We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead small to medium‑size energy and infrastructure projects—or key portions of larger, complex initiatives. In this role, you’ll ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. You will oversee project execution from start to finish, provide leadership to project teams, and maintain strong client relationships throughout the process.

Pay Range

$120,000.00/yr – $145,000.00/yr (base pay range; actual pay based on skills and experience)

What You’ll Do

Manage small/medium projects or oversee critical portions of larger, complex projects.

Provide consistent project status updates to clients and internal leadership.

Support budgeting, financial tracking, cost and revenue projections, and change order management.

Participate in internal project meetings and coordinate closely with multiple departments.

Work with stakeholders to maintain project scope, direction, and schedule alignment.

Exercise independent decision‑making and problem‑solving for day‑to‑day project needs.

Lead and mentor project teams; may include managing direct reports and supporting performance management.

Ensure project objectives, deadlines, and quality standards are met across all phases.

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent professional experience.

Minimum 5 years of experience, including construction team leadership.

Strong understanding of building systems (HVAC, lighting, controls, generation, water systems).

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.

Effective negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

Solid financial and project management acumen.

Experience collaborating across multiple internal teams and subcontractors.

Knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and permitting processes.

Proficiency in CADD, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel required).
