Base pay range $145,000.00/yr - $170,000.00/yr

About the Role: A leading national MEP contractor is looking for an accomplished

Senior Project Manager

to lead high‑profile projects across the country. This is an opportunity to oversee

large‑scale megaprojects

in mission critical, industrial, pharmaceutical, and complex commercial markets. The right candidate will serve as the primary client contact, manage financial performance, and mentor project teams while driving innovation and collaboration. Travel or relocation support is available.

What You’ll Do:

Lead the full lifecycle of major MEP projects or multiple concurrent mid‑sized projects.

Act as the main point of contact for clients, delivering updates and building lasting relationships.

Develop and implement project strategies with leadership to ensure quality, schedule, and budget goals are met.

Oversee financials including forecasting, budgets, change orders, and profitability.

Drive progress through project meetings, issue resolution, and proactive planning.

Apply Lean Construction practices and innovative methods such as prefabrication, design‑build, and IPD.

Mentor and coach project teams, developing the next generation of leaders.

Make key decisions independently, addressing critical project and policy matters.

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience.

10+ years of MEP/mechanical project management experience, with proven success on large or complex projects.

Background in mission critical, industrial, pharmaceutical, or commercial projects strongly preferred.

Expertise in building systems (HVAC, plumbing, mechanical, process piping).

Strong leadership, communication, and client‑facilitating skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and CADD.

Familiarity with Lean Construction tools; design‑build/IPD experience a plus.
