What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Oversee infrastructure operations, including storage, database administration, and enterprise systems
Drive improvements and operational efficiencies through leadership and collaboration
Support virtualization and cloud initiatives, including Hyper‑V (VM) and Azure environments
Lead and manage a team of 20+ direct reports, providing mentorship and professional development
Ensure accountability for effective operations and resource management
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Computer Science, or a related technical field
Minimum of 5 years of extensive experience in information technology
Extensive knowledge of installing and supporting a large network infrastructure
Prior experience in infrastructure, storage, and database administration
Demonstrated competence in supporting large‑scale network infrastructure
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Background with Epic Client System Application (ECSA)
Experience with Hyper‑V virtualization and exposure to Azure/cloud technologies
Passion for service excellence and continuous improvement
Strong leadership and team‑building capabilities
