We are looking for an experienced
IT Network Support Engineer
to join our team during an ongoing restructuring. You will be responsible for providing high-level technical support for complex network issues, ensuring optimal performance and security of our infrastructure. You will work closely with key clients and the IT team, offering both remote and onsite support (Level 1 and 2). Your role will be critical in maintaining service continuity, analyzing potential issues, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our service quality. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support for complex network issues Monitor network devices to ensure optimal performance and maximum uptime Deliver remote and onsite support (Level 1 and 2) Collaborate with IT team members to resolve technical problems Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in network engineering Provide guidance and support on performance monitoring, backup operations, and software updates/patches Ensure network compliance and security standards are met and assist in audit reviews Contribute to the continuous improvement of service quality Candidate Profile:
We are looking for candidates with solid experience in network support and recognized expertise in Cisco technologies. You should be proactive, flexible, and a true team player, capable of working effectively with demanding clients. Knowledge of French and Dutch is essential due to our diverse client base. You enjoy solving complex technical problems and are committed to maintaining the highest standards of network security and performance. Required Experience and Expertise: Proven experience (medior level) in IT network support, ideally 2+ years CCNP certification highly appreciated Experience with Fortinet or Aruba is a plus Understanding of patch and release management processes Knowledge of network compliance and security requirements Work Approach and Qualities: Proactive and capable of managing demanding clients Flexible and adaptable to change Team player with excellent collaboration skills Detail-oriented and rigorous in problem analysis Committed to continuous learning and technical skill development Proficient in French and English, basic Dutch Role Impact and Success Metrics:
