We’re looking for a skilled Accountant or Bookkeeper to join our busy real estate development & management office in Burbank. If you’re someone who enjoys working with numbers, staying organized, and being part of a collaborative team, this could be a great fit for you.
What You’ll Do:
Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable
Maintain accurate financial records and prepare regular reports
Use QuickBooks Desktop for daily accounting tasks and reconciliations
Support class tracking, construction loan accounting, and related financial projects
Partner with management to ensure smooth financial operations
What We’re Looking For:
Proficiency with QuickBooks Desktop (required)
Solid understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles
Experience in real estate, property management, or construction accounting (a plus)
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through
Good communication and teamwork skills
Ability to perform the essential functions of the role — including attending team meetings, participating in occasional off‑site events, and moving between office areas (including stairs) — with or without reasonable accommodation
