Title: Senior Controller
Compensation: $120,000-$150,000
Location: Indianapolis - downtown
Responsibilities
Leads Order to Cash Process of order and customer data administration, AP and AR management, credit, collections, cash application processes, and inventory controls
Responsible for maintaining bank relationships, deposit and reconciliation activities, ACH processes, and tools
Maintains compliance meeting federal, state, and municipal agencies; legal, financial, reporting, and tax requirements
Maintains engagement with insurance providers: Workers Comp, Auto, General Liability, and Healthcare
Responsible for monthly financial close activities, coordinating, assessing field and internal activities to state the financial position
Prepares monthly forecast and variance analysis to budget
Maintains operational and KPI reporting as needed to improve results
Maintains pricing excellence through analysis, maintaining CPQ and pricing tools, trending and margin assessments
Responsible for maintaining, monitoring, and modifying as needed the integrity of company ERP systems, including but not limited to general ledger, SMS, CRM, and other integrated or stand-alone systems
Required Skills and Qualifications
Advanced degree and/or at least 7 years of related experience with progressive responsibility
CPA Certification or similar accounting qualification preferred
Strong leadership of a financial team
Advanced working knowledge of systems, including NetSuite and Salesforce
