Responsibilities
Provide leadership to the accounting and finance team, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and integrity across all reporting and internal control processes.
Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements; manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Guide financial strategy in partnership with executive leadership to support performance, cost management, and growth objectives.
Direct AR/AP activities, cash management, debt compliance, and audit readiness.
Conduct financial modeling, capital investment analysis, pricing reviews, and commercial decision support.
Maintain strong internal controls, procedures, and documentation aligned with GAAP/IFRS.
Drive continuous improvement across financial processes and reporting cycles, including timely month‑end close.
Manage, mentor, and develop team members; set clear performance standards and oversee staffing decisions.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
5+ years of progressive finance experience, including 3+ years in a leadership/managerial role.
Advanced knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, cost accounting, and analysis.
Strong strategic planning capabilities with the ability to anticipate risks, trends, and regulatory changes.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to build high‑performing teams and drive organizational change.
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Experience supporting a manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
Ability to travel periodically to company locations as needed.
