Salary Range:
$125,000 - $175,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Oversee all financial reporting, ensuring compliance with GAAP and company policies.
Manage the full cycle of cost accounting, including standard cost development, variance analysis, and inventory valuation.
Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes for manufacturing operations.
Develop and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure data integrity.
Provide insightful financial analysis to support operational decision‑making and drive cost reduction initiatives.
Coordinate external audits and ensure timely provision of required financial data.
Manage inventory accounting, including cycle count programs and obsolescence reserves.
Recommended Qualifications
Extensive experience (7+ years) in accounting and finance leadership roles within a manufacturing environment.
Proven expertise in cost accounting principles, including standard costing, variance analysis, and inventory valuation.
Strong proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) for financial reporting and operational integration.
Comprehensive knowledge of U.S. GAAP and internal control frameworks.
Demonstrated ability in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and strategic planning.
CPA or CMA certification highly preferred.
Bonus Qualifications
Advanced proficiency in data visualization and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Experience implementing or optimizing ERP systems within a manufacturing environment.
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles.
Prior experience with M&A due diligence and integration processes.
