KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting has partnered with a growing services organization in the Auburn, NH area to identify a Controller to join its leadership team. This role offers the opportunity to oversee accounting operations across multiple divisions while managing and developing a small team in a dynamic, growth‑oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day‑to‑day accounting operations and financial reporting

Lead the implementation of internal controls, policies, and financial best practices

Maintain ownership of P&L reporting and analysis

Perform and review account reconciliations

Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes

Prepare and present financial results to senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications

3+ years of experience in a comparable accounting or finance leadership role

Strong Excel proficiency and experience with mid‑sized ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Sage, Dynamics)

Compensation:

$110–140k/year
