Oversee general accounting functions including AP, AR, payroll, reconciliations, and month‑end close Prepare internal reporting packages, financial statements, and cash‑flow forecasts for leadership Lead budgeting, planning, and forecasting cycles while supporting long‑range financial modeling Coordinate year‑end audit activity and ensure financial policies align with accounting standards Supervise and develop team members responsible for daily finance and admin tasks Manage benefit programs, compensation changes, and performance review processes Serve as the internal point of contact for third‑party vendors supporting HR, benefits, and insurance Partner with senior leadership on cross‑functional planning, reporting dashboards, and special projects Contribute to ongoing improvements in systems, reporting tools, and operational processes Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required 5+ years of progressive experience in financial leadership or administration roles Experience managing accounting operations, audits, and organizational budgeting Familiarity with HR functions such as benefits, employee relations, and compliance Proficiency with Excel and modern financial systems Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, mission‑aligned mindset Salary: $90,000‑$110,000 Job Details
