Job Description The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive a quality in‑store experience. Acting as the Floor Supervisor, the Key Lead provides guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates, ensuring store operations run effectively and driving performance through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales.

Responsibilities

Open and close routines.

Maintain product knowledge and brand awareness.

Understand business metrics and use them for decision making.

Apply proactive thinking to improve operations.

Show attention to detail across all tasks.

Use the Register/Point of Sales system efficiently.

Protect assets and enforce security protocols.

Design and maintain visual displays.

Maintain system competence and troubleshoot when necessary.

Work schedule: minimum 12–16 hours per week, required availability on Saturdays and Sundays, and certain holidays. Hours increase during peak business times.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred).

At least one year of retail experience (preferred).

Supervisor or managerial experience not required.

Customer focus, strong communication skills and interpersonal interaction.

Knowledge of fashion trends, outgoing personality, assertiveness and adaptability/flexibility with stress tolerance.

Poise and ambition, multi‑tasking ability, applied learning, work ethic and omni‑channel services aptitude.
