Job Description The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive a quality in‑store experience. Acting as the Floor Supervisor, the Key Lead provides guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates, ensuring store operations run effectively. The Key Lead is part of the store leadership team and is responsible for driving store performance on the floor through customer experience and daily sales achievement.

Work Schedule Requirements
Schedule
Schedule will vary weekly; expect to work at least 12‑16 hours per week.
Required availability on Saturdays, Sundays and certain holidays.
During peak timeframes, hours will increase to support the needs of the business.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent (preferred).
At least 1 year of retail experience (preferred).
No supervisory or management experience required.
