This role at People, Technology & Processes, LLC requires a senior professional with a TS/SCI clearance to conduct joint operational planning and support execution across USCENTCOM and partner commands. Responsibilities include mission analysis, COA development, wargaming, and coordination of joint plans. The incumbent will advise on strategic concerns, develop briefs for senior leaders, and provide technical recommendations to planning teams. Responsibilities (including but not limited to): Conduct all aspects of the Joint Operational Planning Process, including Mission Analysis, Course of Action (COA) Development, COA Analysis (Wargaming), and COA Comparison and Decision. Conduct orderly handover of plans and provide situational awareness and rationale for key decisions to ensure a coherent transition from planning to execution. Support the implementation and planning efforts of counterparts in USCENTCOM Component Commands, other key Combatant Commands, the Joint Staff, the Office of Secretary of Defense, and partner nations. Provide technical recommendations to joint planning teams regarding Joint Planning, the Joint Operational Planning Process, Execution System, Exercise/Training Planning, and Joint Doctrine; develop and deliver briefs to senior leaders. Provide technical support in evaluating and coordinating USCENTCOM strategies, plans, and policies related to the USCENTCOM Area of Responsibility (AOR). Provide analyses and recommendations for USCENTCOM implementation and planning efforts involving joint, interagency, and multinational partners and allies. Provide support and assistance to directed joint planning teams and working group for coordination between staff and coalition or regional partner representatives for operations in the USCENTCOM AOR. Advise the USCENTCOM Commander's staff on strategic and regional concerns. Provide analyses, recommendations, and draft products for joint planning teams and working group approval in developing orders, analyses, estimates, and briefings for USCENTCOM leadership and primary staff. Qualifications: Graduate of JAWS, SAMS, SAASS, SAW, MAWS, or Senior Service College. Bachelor's degree. At least 5 years of planning experience. Minimum of 3 years planning experience at the Geographic or Functional Combatant Command Headquarters.
