What You Will Do
Develop, maintain, and improve system and subsystem requirements, interfaces, behaviors, and architecture.
Perform requirements flow‑down / allocation and traceability, and develop the Requirements Verification Matrix.
Support system performance analysis, test equipment, and Integration and Test.
Utilize enabling technologies such as Cameo Model‑Based Systems Engineering and DOORS for Requirement Management.
Facilitate technical discussions with Subject Matter Experts across multiple engineering disciplines to identify and formulate plans of action, trades, or analysis.
Qualifications You Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience.
Experience in Systems Engineering.
Experience on Missile Programs.
Experience with Model‑Based Systems Engineering and associated tools.
Active and transferrable U.S. government‑issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required.
Qualifications We Prefer
Ability to perform trade studies to optimize system performance.
Familiarity with military systems, tactics, techniques, and procedures, and DoD customer infrastructure experience.
Understanding of the Systems Engineering Product Development Cycle.
Familiarity with system safety, reliability, and configuration management.
Strong collaboration skills with a focus on working effectively with Software and GNC teams.
