Job Description Manages enterprise accounts receivable activities. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: customer invoicing, collections, sales tax exemption compliance, cash application, credit and returns, master data management, credit granting, proof of deliveries, etc. Responsibilities have a moderate degree of direct customer interaction with enterprise transactional, analytical, and reporting complexity in a multi-system environment.
Primary Responsibilities
Leads and coaches team leads as well as all direct reports to develop and implement appropriate measures to reflect accounts receivables operational best practices to include, but not limited to: moderately complex accounting and GAAP compliance, documented procedures and processes with formal management approvals for deviations and compliance to policies, prompt financial analysis, standard templates for analysis and communications to management, leverage system technologies for internal controls and segregation of duties, ensures risk is mitigated through financial analysis.
Continually evaluate the effectiveness of current policies and procedures and the organization's structure.
Provides strategic direction and analytics as well as resources to support or lead functional and cross-functional business and digital transformation change management initiatives.
Leads strategy formulation and implementation of best practices and ensures a strong system of internal controls is developed/exists in all change management initiatives.
Supports all key financial cycles and ensures accurate and timely transactional processing: period closing, year-end, internal/external audits, etc.
Qualifications And Skills
BS in Accounting, Finance or other Management / Business-related degree.
7-10 Years’ experience in a Shared Services or other Finance / Accounting Organization.
5+ Years in a management role preferred.
Advanced understanding of intermediate to complex accounting policies, practices, principles and processes. Including policy enforcement and internal control implications.

Pay Range
$99,216.00 - $153,784.00
