Location: 100% Remote – cannot live in AK, CA, CO, CT, D.C., DE, HI, IL, MA, MD, MT, NH, NJ, NY, OR, PA, WA, PR
Shift: Monday–Friday, 11 AM–1:00 PM EST, 8‑hour shifts, 5 days a week
Job Description Highlights
Handle inbound and outbound inquiries regarding property and casualty policies and billing.
Resolve service concerns and process policy changes requiring an active license.
Deliver exceptional customer support while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
No sales responsibilities.
Qualifications
Active Property & Casualty License (or Personal Lines License) with no appointments.
Strong communication skills and ability to multitask effectively.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and a reliable hardwired internet connection.
Job Type & Location Permanent position. Fully remote.
Pay And Benefits The pay range is $37,440.00 per year.
Pay differential for bilingual (English/Spanish).
