Responsibilities
Guide prospective residents through inquiry to move‑in Lease available apartments and renew existing leases Assist residents and provide outstanding customer service Build lasting relationships with residents Maintain property site conditions Conduct market research and support marketing and resident functions Stay current on Fair Housing laws and regulations Additional projects as assigned by the Community Manager
Qualifications
Sales and customer service experience; apartment leasing experience is a plus Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and multi‑tasking skills Motivated to meet or exceed goals and earn incentives Ability to work independently and as part of a team Positive attitude and desire to learn and develop skills College education helpful Availability to work weekends Active and valid driver license required
