Join the team! We are seeking an experienced Loss Prevention Officer to work for a very known retail brand in Cerritos Mall. It is the best time to become a Metro One Security Team Member who will be the representative and work for our clients in the retail industry.
$27/HR - LPO - Full Time Schedule: Weds - Sat: 12:45 PM - 9:15 PM. We promote from within upon new contracts or positions as they become available.
DRESS CODE: Suit and tie position, uniforms will be provided by Metro One.
ON THE JOB
Undertake the surveillance of client's premises.
Detect any suspicious behavior and prevent trespasses, vandalism, thefts or other criminal behavior.
Provide excellent customer service skills, communications skills, writing skills, de-escalation skills.
Possess high level of observation, survey, and provide reporting on activity at your assigned location.
Provide rapid response in critical situations.

Have excellent interpersonal communication skills in customer service.
High level of awareness, attentiveness, and alertness.
Ability to deescalate situations and remain calm in confrontation.
Capable of standing for long periods of time and exhibiting physical strength.
Astute observation and detailed notetaking/reporting.
QUALIFICATIONS
Active California Guard Card.
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Minimum 1 year experience in a customer service position.
Have a solid/stable work history.
Drug Testing and Background screening required.
