Maintain a strong, visible security presence on-site
Monitor customer activity and deter theft through active patrols
Identify and respond to suspicious behavior
Support apprehensions and assist in investigations when necessary
Document incidents clearly and professionally
Collaborate with store management and law enforcement as needed
Respond to emergency situations calmly and quickly
Familiarity with retail surveillance and safety protocols
Must have the ability to be tech savvy
Ability to stay alert and professional in fast‑paced environments
Must be able to stand/walk for extended periods
Military service OR retail loss prevention experience required
High school diploma or GED
Valid CA Guard Card or willing to get one
Have a solid/stable work history in the past 6 years
Oral drug testing and background screening required
