What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experiencein advisor support and financial planning
Strong proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel
A true go-getterwith a proactive mindset
Excellent communication, organization, and client service skills
2-15 license and/or Series 65a plus
Key Responsibilities
Support advisors with planning prep, client service, and new business operations
Maintain CRM data and ensure smooth workflow management
Prepare client materials, process account requests, and coordinate follow-ups
Helpelevate the client experience in our high-performanceoffice
