Your job isn’t to convince people they need help. Your job is to
lead them through decisions that actually change their retirement. You’ll step into an established planning process with warm prospects who already know who we are. From there, you’ll: Guide pre-retirees and retirees through comprehensive planning conversations Build and manage strategies using
fee-based investments, fixed indexed annuities, and life insurance Translate complex financial decisions into clarity and confidence Maintain long-term client relationships through proactive reviews and planning adjustments Continue sharpening your skills through structured training, coaching, and real-time feedback What You Get (Up Front)
