Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Licensed Real Estate Agent with Keller Williams Advantage. The position is located in Metro Detroit, MI, with opportunities for remote work flexibility. As a Licensed Real Estate Agent, your responsibilities will include assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, providing exceptional customer service, maintaining market knowledge, and executing sales strategies to meet business goals. You will also conduct property showings, negotiate contracts, and guide clients through the entire real estate transaction process.
Qualifications
A valid Real Estate License is required.
Proficiency in Real Estate and Real Property principles and practices.
Strong Customer Service and Sales skills with a client-focused approach.
Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Familiarity with Metro Detroit's real estate market is a plus.
Experience in using real estate CRM tools and technology is an advantage.
