Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commercial Real Estate Agent with KW Commercial. The role is based in Palm City, FL. As a Commercial Real Estate Agent, you will provide client consultations, identify and manage commercial property transactions, negotiate deals, and build lasting client relationships. You will also be responsible for market research, generating leads, preparing contracts, and collaborating with the brokerage team to achieve sales goals and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
Experience and knowledge in Commercial Real Estate and Real Estate practices
A valid Real Estate License is required for this role
Familiarity with Brokerage operations and client development strategies
Exceptional Sales skills and ability to create and close deals
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Proven ability to work collaboratively in a professional team environment
Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management abilities
Knowledge of the Palm City, FL real estate market is an advantage
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is a plus
