The Financial Analyst is responsible for providing accurate and data-driven insights to support key business decisions. This role involves analyzing financial performance, preparing forecasts and budgets, developing reports, and identifying trends that drive profitability and efficiency across the organization. Key Responsibilities

Analyze financial data and performance metrics to support strategic decision-making. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and variance analyses. Assist in developing annual budgets and rolling forecasts. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement. Conduct detailed profitability, cost, and margin analyses across business units or productlines. Support senior management with ad hoc analyses and presentations. Collaborate with accounting and operations teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency. Evaluate financial impact of business initiatives, capital investments, and pricing strategies. Assist with financial modeling and scenario planning. Maintain strong internal controls and adherence to company financial policies. Qualifications

Basic Minimum Requirements Meet the legal minimum age requirement. Authorized to work in the United States. Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance. 5+ years related accounting/finance experience. Clear understanding of financial statements including balance sheets. Ability to respond to situations outside of normal working hours as needed. Ability to work overtime as needed. Other Required Skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Maintain a high level of accuracy. Flexibility; adaptable to change in work assignments/priorities. Strong planning and organizing skills. Strong analytical and quantitative skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to lead problem solving and troubleshooting efforts for material variances. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance. CMA, CPA or Master’s degree preferred. 5+ years’ experience working in a consumer products or manufacturing environment. Advanced knowledge of Cost Accounting in a consumer products or manufacturing environment. Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point) & SAP.
