What You'll Do
Lead with Heart:
Recruit, train, and support caregivers to deliver the best home care possible.
Stay Connected to Care:
Step in to provide direct care when needed — you'll never lose touch with the hands‑on work you love.
Support Clients & Families:
Coordinate schedules, assist in handling new client onboarding, and ensure care plans meet each senior's needs.
Build a Team You're Proud Of:
Coach caregivers, celebrate wins, and create a culture of compassion and reliability.
What We're Looking For
5+ years of hands‑on experience caring for seniors (Caregiver or CNA required)
Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
A compassionate, team‑first mindset
Reliable vehicle, insurance, and valid driver's license

(rotating on‑call support)
