About You We are looking for a skilled and highly collaborative HR professional to join our North America team as a HR Business Partner. The HR Business Partner is responsible for ensuring key people services are delivered for their assigned stakeholder group(s). An integral member of the regional and global HR team, this role partners with managers and leadership to manage employee relations, performance management, labor and employee relations, engagement and reward, training, and succession planning.
At your core, you’re an empathetic listener with a history of coaching and mentoring employees at all levels. Beyond that, you are a skilled problem‑solver and a hands‑on emerging leader not afraid of diving into the work. You are a charismatic and inspirational leader of people and teams and your collaborative mindset and enthusiasm can successfully lead teams through change.
What You Do
Develop and implement action plans and strategies to attract, retain and develop talent across assigned stakeholder group(s) in North America.
Lead the talent acquisition process across multiple stakeholder groups and actively promote the employer brand for the region.
Consult on regional learning & development plans, implementing talent development solutions and training programs to address business needs – adjusting plans and budgets as needed.
Partner with regional leaders to deliver HR operations that effectively support our people and our business across compensation, benefits, payroll, talent management and development, compliance and business planning.
Consult on the overall benefits strategy and serve as the main point of contact for day‑to‑day benefits and leave issues/questions from employees.
Manage NA HR and operations staff, overseeing team project management, and provide coaching, development and mentorship of junior staff.
What You Offer
6–8 years of progressive HR experience
with a strong foundation in generalist practice, ideally within high‑performing environments such as marketing, communications, or digital/tech‑driven organizations.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline ; advanced certifications (e.g., SHRM‑CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR) are a plus.
Proven relationship‑builder
with the emotional intelligence and presence to influence and partner effectively across all levels of the organization — from junior employees to executive leadership.
Experienced in supporting remote‑first and distributed teams , with a demonstrated ability to cultivate connection, engagement, and consistency across virtual environments.
Adaptable and resilient , thriving in fast‑paced, evolving work settings while maintaining clarity, composure, and strategic focus.
Exceptional communicator , both written and verbal, with the ability to distill complex ideas into clear, persuasive messaging and deliver impactful presentations with confidence.
Trusted coach and mentor , able to develop others through feedback, empathy, and strong interpersonal judgment.
Comprehensive knowledge of HR operations, employment law, and HR policy best practices , with a strong sense of when and how to adapt approaches to meet business and people needs.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives , combining sound project‑management skills with business savvy and a consultative, solution‑oriented mindset.
Self‑directed and proactive , capable of taking full ownership of programs and initiatives from concept to execution with minimal oversight.
Analytical thinker and problem‑solver , comfortable working with data to uncover insights, identify trends, and craft actionable, evidence‑based recommendations.
