We are seeking an Executive Recruiter role in Woodbridge, New Jersey to join their organization on a full‑time basis. As a Full Desk Executive Recruiter, you’ll own the entire recruiting lifecycle — from business development to candidate placement. This role blends sales, relationship management, and talent acquisition, giving you the opportunity to build a thriving book of business while helping companies secure top‑tier leadership and professional talent.
You’ll drive revenue by developing strong client partnerships, understanding hiring needs, sourcing high‑quality candidates, and delivering a best‑in‑class recruiting experience for both clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities Business Development / Sales
Develop new client relationships through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Manage and grow existing client accounts by understanding business needs and providing tailored recruiting solutions.
Negotiate contract terms, fees, and placement agreements.
Maintain a robust pipeline of active and prospective clients to achieve revenue goals.
Source, screen, and interview executive‑level and professional candidates using multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking events).
Match qualified candidates to client requirements and manage the interview and hiring process.
Prepare and present candidate profiles with detailed assessments and insights.
Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial outreach through offer acceptance and onboarding.
Partner with internal teams to ensure successful placements and high client satisfaction.
Maintain accurate and organized records within CRM/ATS systems.
Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics and goals.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
2+ years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or B2B sales (experience in executive search or professional staffing highly preferred).
Strong business development and relationship‑building abilities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and driven by success.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, metrics‑driven environment.
