Business Solutions Manager at Ultimate Staffing (a Roth Staffing Company) EHR Data Entry Specialist Location: West LA Schedule: fully onsite | Monday-Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm Duration: long-term temp (6-9 months and possibility to convert permanently) Salary: $25/hr - $28/hr

Job Description

Assist with the implementation of EHR system.

Validate the completeness of potential client data files using various techniques.

Help manage data migration and integration processes.

Become a subject matter expert on the EHR system and provide training and support to the healthcare staff.

Ensure system design requirements were aligned with workflow changes to enhance operational efficiency.

Collaborate with project managers to assess project scopes and timelines effectively.

Analyze new functionalities in system updates, identifying impacts and opportunities for improvements.

Work with internal business customers to define report and dashboard requirements for use in managing day-to-day operations more efficiently.

Assist with the QC/Validation of the data currently being developed into the EHR system.

Knowledge and Skills

Works with team in planning and executing business programs.

Strives to become a subject matter expert in the functional area required.

Assists with the creation of Business Requirements Documents, Test Plans, Requirements Traceability Matrix, User Training materials and other related documentation.

At least 1 year experience in healthcare analyst role with EHR implementation.
