The Supply Chain Strategy and Transformation team designs and scales the operating model for how CoreWeave plans, sources, builds, and delivers data center capacity. We partner with Supply Chain, Product Engineering, Data Center Operations, and Enterprise Engineering to turn strategy into execution. This role sits within Supply Chain Strategy, a focused group of global process owners and technical program managers that acts as an internal consulting and transformation office. The team leads multi‑year transformation programs that modernize processes and systems, move from fragmented legacy tooling to an integrated digital stack, and build data and governance foundations for resilient, data‑driven decision making. You will work alongside leaders who own critical supply chain domains such as advanced planning, S2P, inventory and fulfillment, and broader systems modernization. About The Role

You are the day‑to‑day orchestrator for the PDM and PLM implementation within Supply Chain Strategy. You coordinate our PLM vendor, IT and engineering partners, and business stakeholders to deliver working, adopted capabilities. A small portion of your time (~10‑20%) supports the broader Supply Chain Strategy and Transformation portfolio by keeping intake, prioritization, and roadmap views organized. In This Role You Will

Own the end‑to‑end PDM and PLM implementation, coordinating vendor teams, internal cross‑functional stakeholders, and IT partners across design, data preparation, build, testing, launch, and hyper‑care. Partner with global process owners and functional leads to document future‑state processes for product data, part and BOM management, and change control, translating them into system and integration requirements. Coordinate with IT and engineering teams on PLM configuration and integrations with ERP and other supply chain systems, ensuring overall technical readiness. Plan and run user acceptance testing and launch readiness activities, including test scenarios, defect triage, and hyper‑care tracking. Support change management and enablement for PDM and PLM, including materials, training sessions, and structured feedback loops with pilot teams and early adopters. Support Supply Chain Strategy and Transformation portfolio management by maintaining intake, prioritization, and roadmap views for supply‑chain system initiatives. Who You Are

Three to six years of experience in technical program management, consulting, product implementation, or a similar role working on enterprise or supply‑chain systems. Experience playing a central role on large cross‑functional programs, ideally implementations or major upgrades of PLM, PDM, ERP, or comparable operational platforms. Exposure to PLM or PDM tools such as Arena, Aras, Propel, Teamcenter or similar. Ability to bring structure to ambiguous problems, build clear plans, manage risks and dependencies, and keep multiple workstreams aligned. Strong skills capturing requirements, mapping processes, and writing clear stories or specifications that teams can act on. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with comfort summarizing options and trade‑offs for senior stakeholders. Comfortable with PLM or PDM platforms, work‑tracking tools such as Jira or Asana, and spreadsheets for basic analysis and reporting. Curiosity about how AI, large language models, and agents can support program management, documentation, and change management. Preferred

Experience in high‑growth hardware, manufacturing, or cloud infrastructure environments. Hands‑on experience with Arena or closely related PLM platforms. Experience helping design or operate portfolio management processes such as intake, prioritization, and roadmap governance for a systems or transformation team. Wondering if you’re a good fit?

We believe in investing in our people and value candidates who can bring diverse experiences to our teams – even if you’re not 100% skill or experience match. If some of this describes you, we’d love to talk. You love building structure in ambiguous, fast‑changing environments. You’re curious about how data, process, and systems come together to make a physical supply chain run. You’re an expert in breaking down complex, multi‑stakeholder problems into clear plans – then driving them to completion. Why CoreWeave?
