Aerospace PLM Business Analyst

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
An Engineering Bachelor's Degree/Master’s degree or similar.
Direct experience gained ideally within the manufacturing industry and/or an IT consulting firm.
Understanding of Aerospace Product development, design and change management process.
Deep understanding of Engineering IT applications across Aerospace Product Value chain (Doors, CATIA, 2D-3D Drawings, MBSE, etc.).
Good understanding of PLM system, associated processes like BOM Management, Part Management, EBOM, MBOM, Configuration Management, Model based systems engineering, Requirements management, etc.
Hands‑on experience with PLM and Engineering IT applications and associated data.
Part of large PLM implementation/PLM transformation programs would be good to have skill.
Technical skills on AWS Cloud preferred.
Data Governance
Experience with Engineering data governance.
Experience and knowledge of data policies around Engineering data.
Experience with ITAR and Export Control domain.
Experience with applying export control policies around Engineering data.
Communication
Ability to engage with Senior management and executives.
Ability to work with Engineering Teams and understand their requirements.
Create Art of Possibility and Status documentation.
Presentations for the executive team.
Responsibilities
Ability to understand the Aero Business process is critical.
Collect and analyze customer needs and requirements.
Work with Aerospace business users to validate and accept requirements.
Conduct Requirement Analysis workshops.
Propose solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
Perform upgrading, debugging, testing and maintenance of software.
Generic Managerial Skills, If any
Excellent communication skills.
Continuous learning attitude.
Coordinate with UX Designer.
Coordinate with Developers.
Assist in user testing.
Coordinate with end users.
Base Salary Range: $110,000 - $150,000 per annum
