Recruiting Coordinator - Entertainment Industry
Location: Century City (Onsite 4 days/week)
Type: Temp to Hire (3-6 Months)
Pay: $24-$26/hour
Our agency is partnering with a leading company in the entertainment industry to find a Recruiting Coordinator to support their growing talent team. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong recruitment coordination experience looking to step into a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The role is temp with the potential to convert after 3-6 months.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule a high volume of interviews (phone, virtual, and onsite)
Conduct initial phone screens and reference checks
Manage applicant tracking and candidate communication using Workday
Post job openings and support the end-to-end recruiting process
Partner closely with recruiters to maintain an active pipeline of candidates
Support sourcing efforts for future roles (a plus, not required)
Create reports and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience from start to finish
What We're Looking For
2+ years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator, or in a similar support role
Experience with Workday or other applicant tracking systems is preferred
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
