To Apply for this Job Click Here A fast‑growing U.S. manufacturer is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations at its Houston‑area facility. This is a hands‑on, onsite role supporting a workforce of over 300 employees in a lean, high‑growth environment. Benefits and Compensation

Salary range: $95,000 – $110,000 Full health, vision, and dental insurance 401(k) retirement plan with company match Defined benefit plan Relocation assistance (if applicable) Generous PTO program Opportunity to expand HR processes and grow the HR function within a scaling organization Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher from a U.S. institution (Human Resources, Business, or related field) Minimum 5 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a manufacturing environment Experience managing payroll and benefits administration (ADP strongly preferred) Proven ability to manage healthcare and retirement/401(k) plans Stable employment history (2+ years in each of the last few roles) Must work onsite; candidates should live within 40 minutes of the Telge Road area in Houston Bilingual in Spanish and English, highly preferred Must Haves

Manage HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance Oversee ADP payroll and administer benefits programs (healthcare, retirement, defined benefit, 401k) Partner with staffing/employee leasing agencies to meet production staffing needs Serve as a trusted advisor to management on HR policies, employment law, and compliance issues Maintain accurate and confidential employee records Support workforce training and safety program initiatives Improve and scale HR processes in alignment with company growth Preferred Background & Skills

Experience in fast‑growing or lean manufacturing environments Familiarity with HR reporting, metrics, and workforce analytics Background managing HR for teams with a high percentage of leased or temporary employees Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust across all levels of the workforce Comfortable operating as the primary HR lead in a stand‑alone HR function We at Goodwin Recruiting are committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
