Role Overview Human Resources Manager – Houston, TX (On-Site)
We’re looking for an experienced
HR Manager
to lead all HR functions across U.S. locations. This is a hands‑on, operational role managing ~30 employees with full responsibility for
HR operations, compliance, recruiting, onboarding, payroll, benefits, and performance management .
What You’ll Do
Lead day-to-day HR operations and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
Drive full-cycle recruiting and seamless onboarding
Serve as the main HR contact for employee relations and performance issues
Administer ADP Workforce Now, benefits, and payroll
Oversee performance reviews, training, and leadership development
What You Bring
10–15+ years HR experience, including 3–5+ years in publicly traded U.S. companies
Advanced ADP Workforce Now proficiency
Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance, and HR best practices
Location Houston, TX |
On‑Site, 5 Days/Week
