The Talent Acquisition Specialist will recruit and perform onboarding activities across all subsidiaries of our organization. This role will identify top talent, ensure a smooth hiring process, and deliver a consistent and engaging onboarding experience for new employees.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment for roles across all subsidiaries, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Coordinate and execute onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the organization.
Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and onboarding platforms.
Assist in developing and refining onboarding materials and schedules to ensure consistency across subsidiaries.
Ensure compliance with company policies and local employment regulations.
Support employer branding initiatives and participate in job fairs or recruitment events as needed.
Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment and onboarding metrics.
All other duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Attributes
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Experience with ATS and HRIS systems.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
Attention to detail and commitment to delivering a positive candidate and employee experience.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a similar field is a plus.
3+ years in recruitment and onboarding, preferably in a multi-entity or multi-location environment or related experience.
