We are seeking a
Talent Acquisition Specialist
to support
full-cycle recruiting for both hourly and salaried positions across all company divisions . This role partners with hiring managers and Human Resources to attract, source, screen, and hire talent aligned with business needs and company culture. The
Talent Acquisition Specialist
ensures a positive candidate experience while maintaining compliance with employment laws, company policies, and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried positions across multiple divisions and locations
Partner with hiring managers and Human Resources to identify workforce needs and hiring priorities
Develop and post job openings using Indeed, LinkedIn, and other job boards
Source active and passive candidates using social media recruiting, referrals, networking, and direct outreach
Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and submit qualified candidates to hiring managers
Coordinate interviews and support candidate selection decisions
Maintain consistent communication with candidates and hiring managers to ensure timely hiring
Prepare employment offers, draft offer letters, and coordinate onboarding and orientation
Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HRIS
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies
Track recruiting metrics including candidate pipeline, applicant flow, and hiring effectiveness
Support employer branding initiatives, career fairs, and community outreach
Follow all company safety, environmental, and operational policies
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, recruiting, or talent acquisition
2–3 years of experience as a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or HR Generalist
Experience recruiting hourly and salaried employees
Experience supporting multiple divisions or locations
Experience using ATS systems and HRIS platforms
Knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, sourcing strategies, and employment law compliance
Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and social media recruiting tools
Valid driver’s license in the state of residence
Ability to travel 15%
Preferred Experience
High-volume hourly recruiting experience
Experience recruiting skilled trades, operations, or professional roles
Multi-state or multi-location recruiting experience
