We’re seeking an experienced HR professional to manage all aspects of Human Resources for our region. This role focuses on employee relations, recruitment, retention, training, and policy compliance while partnering with management to support 350–400 employees. Responsibilities include advising on performance and conflict management, conducting investigations, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws, maintaining employee records, and leading HR programs such as onboarding, audits, and training. The position requires discretion, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Required Skills & Experience
3–5 years HR Management/Generalist experience
Strong background in employee relations investigations
Experience in blue-collar/manufacturing environments
Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
Self-starter with ability to work independently
Nice to Have
Knowledge of FMLA and Title VII
Experience with UKG or similar HR systems
